Project Address: 1362 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814, United States

Project Investment Scale: The total building area is 750,000 square feet, including supporting areas of about 300,000 square feet and hotel, condominiums, business and retails approximately covering an area of 450,000 square feet.

Land Purposes: BMX-3 Commerce, Hotel and Residence.

Land Area: 45, 000 square feet (1.032 acres)

Building Height: 400 FT


The Basic Function of Each Floor:

A.On the 1st floor, there are 5 stores for catering and retail, condominium lobby, and parcial parking spaces.

B.On the 2nd to 7th floor, there are more than 414 parking spaces available.

C.On the 8th floor, there are public facilities, including swimming pool, gym, meeting rooms, garden and offices.

D.The 9th to 40th floor is planned 320 units of Condo.

The planning approval and the construction drawing design has been completed from 2018 to 2019.Re-planning application was filed in 2024.The construction permit is expected to approve in August 2025.The construction will begin in December 2025.The project is expected to be completed in December 2028.

Total investment amount of the project is $ 230 million.

Market value of the completed project will be $ 330 million.
